Where does GCHP operate?
GCHP serves the entire Gulf Coast region, from Texas to Florida with projects actively under development in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Texas. GCHP’s headquarters are in New Orleans, with additional development staff located in Alabama.
What type of projects does GCHP develop?
GCHP pursues commercial and residential and developments with transformative potential, both for the end users and the communities where they are located.
- Our commercial properties are high-impact spaces that enliven neighborhoods with new amenities and energy in keeping with the unique scale and texture of the surrounding area.
- Our residential projects are socially and economically integrated, affordable, and sustainable, serving people with a wide range of incomes. We focus on meeting the housing needs of moderate- and low-income and vulnerable populations, partnering with skilled service providers to support the special needs of the elderly, the homeless, and those struggling with mental illness and substance abuse.

Who are the partners in the “Partnership?”
GCHP undertakes most of our developments in partnership with others, those partners include community-based organizations, public and private funders, project lenders and investors, service providers, and state and local public entities. We work in tandem with our partners and put our experience, expertise, and resources to work in pursuit of their vision. Over the last 14 years, GCHP has developed a track record of performance in real estate problem-solving that keeps our partners returning to pursue subsequent endeavors.
GCHP is also fortunate to have strong funding partners that support the day-to-day operations of GCHP through grants, program related investments and predevelopment financing vehicles that equip us with the financial agility to seize opportunities as they arise in the market.
