The Delamore is a 26 unit new construction affordable rental development located just one mile from the French Quarter. This project, awarded 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits, completed construction in August 2014. All of the units are one bedroom/one bath affordable apartments including six units set aside for special needs households. CrescentCare will provide services for special needs residents.
