Located in downtown Montgomery, this tenant in-place rehabilitation of the historic Jefferson Davis hotel includes the renovation of 98 units dedicated to seniors and people with disabilities, substantially improved amenities and common areas, the establishment of programs and services designed to support residents, and the renovation of the historic hotel ballroom into complimentary commercial space.

The project is financed through Tax Exempt Bonds, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Federal Historic Tax Credits, State Historic Tax Credits, and Affordable Housing Program awards from FHLB Atlanta FHLB Pittsburgh.
