GCHP

Corporate and Philanthropic Support

It is with the generous support of our national and local philanthropic partners that GCHP confronts the challenges of affordable housing development in the Gulf Coast, expanding development services and project financing as others have retreated in the face of a highly competitive, restricted and precarious housing and community development finance climate.

GCHP’s funding and investment partners are as diverse as our real estate development services and our funding options – each contributing valued capacity building support, consistent with their missioned investment objectives, to create healthy affordable housing and regenerate safe, equitable, quality of life communities.
