GCHP’s work has indeed had a transformative impact in Baton Rouge’s Mid City. Prior to GCHP’s
involvement, the neighborhood had suffered from vacancy and disinvestment. This study quantifies the catalytic impact of GCHP’s work in Mid City Baton Rouge.
