All units have project-based vouchers with Mississippi Regional Housing Authority VI (MRHA6). To be eligible for housing at Leonard Court, you must first apply and be approved for assistance through MRHA VI. That application period will open on Monday, July 14. Leonard Court is currently under construction in Jackson’s historic Farish Street neighborhood. This development includes 67 restored historic homes, offering affordable 1- to 4-bedroom single-family homes and duplexes.
Each home will feature modern amenities such as in-unit washers and dryers, central heating and air conditioning, and indoor security systems. Community amenities include on-site management and maintenance, a clubhouse, and a gazebo. The first homes will be available in Fall 2025.
