Leonard Court is currently under construction in Jackson’s historic Farish Street neighborhood. This development includes 67 restored historic homes, offering affordable 1- to 4-bedroom single-family homes and duplexes.
Each home will feature modern amenities such as in-unit washers and dryers, central heating and air conditioning, and indoor security systems. Community amenities include on-site management and maintenance, a clubhouse, and a gazebo. The first homes will be available in Fall 2025.
