Welcome to Phoenix Square II
In Hammond, GCHP is developing Phoenix Square II with 22 two-and-four-bedroom homes. The homes in both communities will be built according to National Green Building Standards and include EnergyStar appliances. They will also be rated FORTIFIED Multifamily Gold. Residents will share amenities, including an exercise room, community garden, playground, basketball court, and covered picnic area.
