Welcome to Phoenix Square III
In Hammond, GCHP is developing Phoenix Square III with 24 one-and-three bedroom homes. The homes in both communities will be built according to National Green Building Standards and include EnergyStar appliances. They will also be rated FORTIFIED Multifamily Gold. Residents will share amenities, including an exercise room, community garden, playground, basketball court, and covered picnic area.
