Odyssey House Louisiana (OHL) was established in 1973 and is the state’s largest addiction recovery and substance abuse treatment provider in the State of Louisiana, serving primarily low-income, at-risk populations. In 2017 GCHP and OHL worked together to transform the 40,000 square-foot long-vacant and dilapidated former Bohn Motor car dealership in New Orleans into a new facility for OHL that includes 100 beds for short-term addiction treatment, 50 beds for patients detoxing, 10 medical and behavioral health exam rooms, rooftop recreation space and a commercial kitchen.
