In 2009, Reconcile New Orleans, Inc. engaged GCHP to manage the design, financing, rehabilitation and new construction of their planned expansion of Café Reconcile. The historic renovation of the existing 13,300 square foot building and the new construction of a 2,400 square foot addition enabled Reconcile New Orleans to double enrollment for the nonprofit’s award winning culinary workforce-training program for at-risk young adults. The new Café Reconcile features expanded restaurant capacity and culinary training stations as well as added banquet and catering services, increasing revenue generation to support their mission.
