CrescentCare (formerly NO/AIDS Task Force) was founded in 1983 in response to the early devastating effects of the AIDS epidemic in New Orleans. CrescentCare and GCHP partnered together on The Delamore, a 26-unit affordable housing development in New Orleans that opened in 2014 and in 2018 they partnered together again to develop a comprehensive health center located adjacent to The Delamore. Through the health center, CrescentCare provides supportive services to The Delamore residents and community members with a range of healthcare services.
