NO/AIDS Task Force was founded in 1983 in response to the early devastating effects of the AIDS epidemic in New Orleans. NO/AIDS Task Force and GCHP partnered together on The Delamore, a 26-unit affordable housing development in New Orleans opened in 2014. NO/AIDS later became CrescentCare and partnered with GCHP on a comprehensive health center located adjacent to The Delamore and completed in 2018. Through the health center, CrescentCare now provides supportive services to The Delamore residents and 17,450 community members annually with a range of healthcare services.
