GCHP and Le Centre Evangeline Corporation partnered together to rehabilitate Gabriel Villa Apartments located in Ville Platte, Louisiana. The renovations for the 64 one-, two, – and three-apartment bedroom homes included new roofs, new kitchen cabinets, appliances and updated bathrooms. An existing community room was expanded to include a computer center and new laundry facilities were added.
