GCHP and Covenant Community Capital have partnered together to develop
McKee City Living, a new construction, 120 unit apartment building in downtown Houston. McKee City Living is adjacent to the Buffalo Bayou with convenient access to public transportation and major roadways.

The project is funded through Low Income Housing Tax Credits, City of Houston CDBG-DR funds, Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, National Equity Fund and Wells Fargo.

Estimated Completion February 2022.
