GCHP is partnering with Midtown Partners, Inc. to build the Midtown Housing Development in Jackson, MS. Midtown will have 27 new affordable apartment homes in detached houses, townhomes, and fourplexes.  Residents will have on-site parking, EnergyStar Appliances, and access to a community gazebo and playground.

The homes are reserved for those making 60 % or less AMI and include units set aside for residents with special needs, which may include victims of domestic violence, those recovering from alcohol or drug abuse, people with disabilities, or those 55 and over.
