In 2013, GCHP partnered with Unity New Orleans and Community Solutions to redevelop the former Sacred Heart at Malta Square Senior Residence into a 108-unit affordable housing development with 2,500 square feet of office space. The Apartments located at 3222 Canal Street in New Orleans is a multifamily development with 109 apartment homes. The site, which was damaged in 2005 by Hurricane Katrina, has four 3-story masonry structures totaling 87,505 square feet.
