The Muses is an innovative mixed-income apartment community that bridges New Orleans’ Central City to St. Charles Avenue with the development of over four acres of previously vacant land. The new construction of 263 apartments, completed in 2010 by GCHP and its partners, Kentucky-based LDG Development LLC and local nonprofit, Jericho Road Episcopal Housing Initiative, leveraged significant public and private investment to finance the multi-phased urban infill community.

The Muses is a LEED-certified development with amenities including a fitness center, business center, wireless internet and outdoor community gathering and recreation areas.
