The Finance Authority engaged GCHP to manage the renovation and upgrade of the flood-damaged property, seeking to create needed housing for residents of the hurricane-shattered New Orleans East. GCHP managed the renovation project, including the restoration of 263 rental units across 19 separate buildings.
