The Finance Authority of New Orleans, owner of the landmark Willows Apartments in New Orleans East, faced the daunting task of rehabilitating the hurricane-damaged apartment complex following Hurricane Katrina. The Finance Authority engaged GCHP to manage the renovation and upgrade of the flood-damaged property, seeking to create needed housing for residents of the hurricane-shattered New Orleans East. GCHP managed the renovation project, including the restoration of 263 rental units across 19 separate buildings.
