The Village at the Beverly was developed to meet the large demand for affordable, high-quality rental housing for families in Hattiesburg, MS.

Located at the site of the former Beverly Drive-In, the newly constructed development consists of seven one-story buildings, comprised of 18 one bedroom units, 20 two bedroom units and 14 three bedroom units ranging in sizes between 700-1150 square feet.

Gulf Coast Housing Partnership has with South Mississippi Housing and Development Corporation to provide services to the residents of the development.
