The West-Millsaps development will be designed to enhance the Midtown neighborhood by utilizing quality design that complements the historic character of neighboring Millsaps College and the 1930’s single family homes on Millsaps Avenue.

The development will serve as the stimulus for future investment in the neighborhood by rehabilitating vacant structures and replacing several dilapidated structures with newly constructed affordable housing, totaling 31 family rental houses.
